As a general agency for leading European valve manufacturers, we have been operating successfully on the Austrian market since 1983. Since 2019, we have also been represented in numerous countries in south-eastern Europe. We are your first port of call for modern valve technology in the industrial and power plant market!

Milestones
1983
Founded as a sole proprietorship by Mr. Wilhelm Friedrich in an office in Bisamberg.
Takeover of the Austrian factory representation of the companies RTK Regeltechnik (Kornwestheim) and Stahlarmaturen PERSTA.
1989
Conversion into a limited liability company and construction of a warehouse on a separate plot of land.
1995
Office extension to the existing warehouse and relocation to the Bisamberg industrial estate.
2000
Takeover of the Austrian dealership of RIFOX from Bremen.
2002
Takeover of the Austrian factory representation of HORA Holter Regelarmaturen from Schloß Holte.
This made it possible to offer valves in a package over the entire pressure range from PN 10 to PN 630 - a real door opener for the domestic power plant sector!
2008
Due to the good order situation and increasing number of employees, a new building was erected at the current location in Stetten: 300 m² office space and 300 m² warehouse.
Grand opening as part of the company's 25th anniversary.
2010
Handover to the second generation: Mr. Christian Friedrich takes over the management.
2012
Takeover of the Austrian factory representation of IGEMA from Münster.
2017
Takeover of the Austrian factory representation of Knippenburg Armaturen from Bottrop.
2019
Fribi goes Eastern Europe!
Territory expansion for the RTK, HORA and Knippenburg brands to several countries in South Eastern Europe.
2021
Establishment of our own service department.
Since then, Friedrich has been offering commissioning, service, repairs and maintenance for all products represented.
2022
Local sales representative for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
2023
Albrecht regional representative for service in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia and Italy.
